The internet including both wifi and cellular network has stop working normaly on my iPhone 6 because of which I have to restart it to make it working again.the problem has been there for couple of days and it is really frustrating.please help!

What I would suggest doing is restoring your device using iTunes. I would make a backup of your data using either iTunes or iCloud prior to restoring that way you do not loose any data.
Before you go to the trouble of restoring, you could try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
I have reset my network settings but the problem is still there.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
