I have presented my gift card into a wrong apple ID account, can I have the money back and then present it into my own account?

If you've only just redeemed the card and not spent any of it then try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can transfer it to a different account or unredeem the card : : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
