Shared photographs and albums aren't displaying on iCloud.com

I can see my shared photographs and albums on my devices but not on iCloud.com. My preferences for Photos on all my devices are set to "iCloud Photo Sharing". "My Photo Stream" and "iCloud Photo Library" are off.

Why don't the shared photographs and albums show up in iCloud Photos?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
