Can I simultaneously delete emails both from my iphone and my mac air?
I am trying to delete emails from both devices and would rather not do so separately. Any advice?
That is a function of how you have the email behaviors set up, Jean.

You can see that by selecting Never for the Sent messages that it is going to stay on any device you have.
