Right now, after updated iMac 27", mid 2010, to OS X 10.10.3 internal superdrive doesn't read my medias of comercial DVD movies. Someone experiencing the same problem? Already happened to me in others updates done in the past.

Difficult to say what the issue is, the first thing to try is resetting the SMC and PRAM 2-3 times each. Check the link below for that.
If the resets do not work, the SuperDrive may be dirty and need to be cleaned. You would need to go to an office supply store to get a CD/DVD cleaning kit and try that. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, your SuperDrive may be failing and needs to be replaced. You can get an external USB drive which would be less expensive then repairing a 5+ year old system but that would be your call of course.
Same here--in my case it is specific to 10.10.3. I thought at first it was a new copy protection, but I've gone back to old DVDs that I've played on teh same machine and even after zapping the PRAM I just get the spin and eject issue.
