Artist & Album Names

Does anyone know why my iPhone and iPad are displaying artist and album titles as they appear in iTunes and not how they appear on my MacBook Air once they've been tweaked and pushed into the cloud via iTunes Match. I've removed tracks and added again, updated Match multiple times but am still having no joy. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Examples include:

Heart Of A Coward Heart of a coward

Would love my phone and ipad to display what's shown on my MacBook Air (after all it took days and days to update over 10'000 tracks to display a way I want). Tracks have been downloaded locally on my MacBook and all been purchased via the iTunes store.
