iphone 8.3 give error 3014

I am trying to update iphone 5s to 8.3 via itunes on windows 7 pc. But it gives error 3014. I explored forums and tried fixes to edit the Host file . But that didn't fix the issue.

Please assist.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2

Disable your anit-virus and firewall software, run the update, then re-enable

even disable/reEnable not helping. Error still comes .

Did you follow the correct order ? Disable antivirus and firewall first. Then try the iphone update in iTunes. Then reenable the antivirus and firewall.
