I'm trying to find the model number for a 13" early 2015 MacBook Pro Retina. Anyone?

I don't have the computer. Just need to know model No.
The Model number can be found on the original receipt.
Alternatively you can use the serial number found under the Apple Menu->About This Mac option if you have it.
You can then type the serial number into this website to get the specific Model number.

I don't have the computer or a receipt so I cannot use your suggestions. I just need someone with this computer to tell me what the model number is.
