what can i do if my mac store is not authorized and i cant download lion

im trying to reinstall my laptop and i got everything i downloaded ox s lion and i have to reedeem it to install it but when i go to my mac app store it will not let me sign in it says that this laptop is not authorized what can i do to fix it ?
