Q: i forget my apple ID and then my apple ID is locked but i can't receive my reset email.How can i do now????

i forgot my apple ID password, i typed many times and it's still not correct.Then i see my apple ID is locked for security reason.I have go to Iforgot.apple to reset my passwor and it says reset email was sent.But I didn't see any reset mail on my email.Please help me.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
