I Want to save my messages and imessages in my iphone and don't want to loose them on upgrading my iphone 5 to iphone 6 How can I sync them with my icloud so that they are not at risk of deletion or are lost on upgrading my iphone .Noteing that condition is computer not available or want to do this process without computer or itunes software

you don't save them. They are included in the phone's backup file.
So backup your phone to iCloud. then restore that backup to your new phone.
