imessages and facetime not working on ipad 3 mini since update to 8.3

If none of this suggestions help, you are in the same boat a bunch of us are in! We all have newish devices (mostly iPad mini 3) and suddenly can't get into FaceTime or Messages. There's no slider and the sign in just dumps us back to sign in or gives a network error message.

If that's what's happening, it's probably an AppleID problem. Mine isn't working for FaceTime or Messages on any iPad, but my friend's works on mine. If you go to page 18, you will see what we've tried after 8.2 upgrade

Hi, exactly same problem here. Facetime and Messages in ipad Mini 3 worked for 10 minutes and when updated to IOS 8.3 it stopped working. The sign in dumps me back or gives a network error message. No way to log in on Facetime and imessage. So DISAPPOINTING!!!

We need a solution asap, please.
