i can't get any media file in to fcpx 10.2

i Can't import, capture, AVCHD from nex ea50 and no photo's in to fcpx 10.2

Have you used the application before?
I can't capture the avchd files in fcpx.
THe convert button dosnt as any respons.
WE must capture in fcp 7 and input the files outside
fcpx.
