Can I get my home wifi IP Address from iCloud?

I'd like to SSH into my home Mac and sometime the IP address of my router changes. Since iCloud obviously has an update of my home router IP address, can I access that directly somehow? I know there are software solutions for this, but it seems such a waste since the information is always on iCloud.

I already have port forwarding set up and all that and I've tested that I can do it knowing just my routers IP address.
