Cannot connect to app store on cellualar

iPhone 5, ios 8.3


Hi all


Ever since the latest update, I cannot connect to the app store when using cellular data. Works fine on wifi tho...


Things I've done so far;


Closed the app store (double home button), restarted it


Restarted the phone


Hard reset the phone


Reset network settings


Wiped it, reinstalled software, then restored from back up


Nothing has worked so far, any ideas?

Hey there DeeKang,


It sounds like you are trying to access the iOS App Store over cellular but it doesn't ever load. From what you describe, it sounds like App Store may be disabled in the cellular data settings. This article will help you check that out:
