Q: how to solve the problem in iphone4s,  which showing that sim is not valid

hi ,

when i put my sim card in iphone4s , sim is not valid , its showing that , how to fix this problem , i bought my mbl in dubai and take it to my country Nepal , its working there and after i came here back in dubai its showing this problem that sim card is not valid.please send reply what can i do ?
