Iphones are stolen!, Need IMEI Number.

My Name is Rafael M. from Germany. I have 2 New Iphones stolen (package is closed) unactivated. My Question is, can I get IMEI nummer from my Iphone, if I only have the Serialnummer from the Iphones?. I was by Police (Polizei) here in Germany, but I think they need IMEI Nummer to locate the Iphones, when they've been activated. I'm so happy and thankful when You could help me.

or should I call apple ?, what number? sorry for my bad english

I bought it from privat Person.. All he had is only Serialnumber, I need a IMEI number? 😟
