Q: Upgrade to iOS 8.3.1 - WEP Key?

Hi Have just upgraded to IOS 8.3.1 and now the phone is asking me for a Network Name or a WEP/WPA/WPA2 Password - where do I get a WEP Password?  I have no access to my phone.
