Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Cant add credit card to account, says my information doesn't match my banks records, but the information is correct.

Part of the error message:

"Your credit card information does not match your bank's records"

I have verified multiple times that the information is correct. I don't have this issue with any other online purchase.

Anyone have a suggestion?

The format and layout of the name and address on your iTunes account match, exactly, the layout on your credit card bills ? You've tried selecting 'none' as the payment method to remove the card's details, exited the screen, and then tried re-entering the card's details ? If you have then your could try contacting your card issuer : iTunes Store: My credit card's security code or zip code does not match my bank's records - Apple Support
