iPad home and lock screen is draining battery after install of IOS8
SSince I installed IOS8 my Home and lock screen is draining my battery. Is there a way to fix this?

Poke around in the notifications. You may find a lot of stuff defaulted to on that you may not need. Also look at the background app update and background app refresh.
