Iphone won't turn on

I dropped my iphone 5s and it wont turn on. When i pressed the on button it went to light black then back to dark black which means it is turning on but wont turn on to the lock screen so i can get in my phone. It rings when i get a text message and vibrates when i plug it into charge but it will NOT turn on all the way. please help?
