Can you help with headphones

What sort of help do you need?

You haven't told us which headphones (though it seems "ear buds" would be a better term).

I also have a pretty small ear canal and it took me a while to find ear buds that fit. The Apple iPhone ear buds that came with the 4S were too big. You can find fairly good quality ear buds for $20-30. Make sure you look for those that have replaceable ear bud covers and include them in the packaging.
