Touch ID failed

i want to setup my touch ID on my iPhone 5s. Since i upgrade Os from 8.2 to 8.3, the touch id always failed.

"Unable to complete Touch ID setup, Please go back and try again."

I have tried to reset my phone, try to downgrade to iOS 8.2. But it still did work.

what should i do ? thank you

Make an appointment at an Apple retail store, and have the device evaluated. It "could" be an issue with the sensor.

Make a Genius Bar Reservation (or cancel an existing reservation)
