Well, I bought some gems in Clash of Clans in app purchase function. The money has been deducted from my credit card but the gems didn't come through. What's the problem? Please help

If the purchase went through successfully and it's not just a temporary store holding charge on your card, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Thank you for the help. But the wierd thing is when I purchase the gems, system responded "cannot connect to iTunes Store" or "purchase cannot be completed". I tried several times and receive the same response every time. When I found that 100 dollar has been deducted from my bank account, I received neither the bills/receipts nor the gems. Is the money lost because of system error? Coz usually when you make a purchase, you receive the bill first and then money deducted in the following several days and receive a receipt.
My email receipts don't usually arrive until the following day - that is all I receive.
For your bank account they might be temporary store holding charges : iTunes Store & Mac App Store: About payment card authorization holds - Apple Support - if they are then your card issuer should remove them, which is usually done within a few days or so.
If not then contact iTunes Support via one of the links in my above reply
