Calendar Invite Replies Are Not Getting Sent
I'm having issues with incoming and outgoing calendar invitation replies.
- Internal user invites appear to work just fine, directly through the calendar server as expected.
- When we get an invitation from an external user, and choose to Accept/Decline, the external user never receives the response.
- When we create an event and invite an external user, the external user does receive the invite, but we never receive their response.
Other issues noticed:
- When a network user has multiple email address assigned, and sends an invite, the invitation is received by the external user with a random "From" address. So if I have IT@domain.com, INFO@domain.com, or MIKE@domain.com, the calendar server sends it, picking a "From" address at random.
- When checking the calendar server settings from the terminal, I don't see the calendar:Scheduling:iMIP:AddressPatterns parameters. If I explicitly run "sudo serveradmin settings calendar:Scheduling:iMIP:AddressPatterns", I get "calendar:Scheduling:iMIP = _empty_dictionary" as a response. The support doc at http://trac.calendarserver.org/wiki/FAQ states: "AddressPatterns = an array of regular expressions defining which email addresses to send iMIP messages to -- if an external attendee's email address does not match these patterns, no invitation will be sent to them."
