I have iTunes 12.1.2 and get an error message when I try to play videos that says "Video Playback not supported." I click on the more info button and it takes me to a site to have me download the 64bit version for my windows machine. I have downloaded this, I have deleted iTunes and started fresh with this download and it will still not play videos for me. Ideas? Options? Gotta catch up on my Game of Thrones episodes!

I was able to play several videos before, but now have the same problem since the previous iTunes 'update' - seems Apple does not want us to play videos unless they were purchased from the iTunes store. I wonder how long it will take before we are not able to play any songs unless they were purchased from the iTunes store?

I rented a movie last night and cannot play it. I have rented and played itunes movies successfully on this same computer before. What's going on?

That error messages suggest you need to install iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) and QuickTime to enable video playback.
