I reinstalled OS X Yosemite the other day and then had to reinstall Logic Pro X and now all of my green midi loops are MISSING! Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

If you did a complete re-install (?) you will need to download all the legacy content via Logic Pro X:Download...
There are no Green Apple Loops in the 'Standard' LPX content.
