iCloud pages docs and spreadsheets will not open

This evening all of my pages and numbers documents will not open. I keep getting the message that "You'r signed into an iCloud account that doesn't have permission to open this document" which is ridiculous since these documents were created on my MacBook Pro with the same iCloud account. I have never had this issue before and have been using the beta page and numbers for years with no issues.

Any Ideas? Is there a current issue with iCloud?
