My 2009 intel iMac It is going really slow. Any tips on how to speed it up / tidy it up. I know she's getting bit old however I think there should be some life left in the old girl yet !!

Running low on HD space and/or RAM will cause it to slow down.
Additionally HD's ware out. If you have upgraded the RAM, then you may need a larger or faster HD.
