How apple replace a problematic phone??

Is that new phone comes in a new box??

How will I know that the new phone was not used??

What will be the new phone and box type??

It will be a service unit. It may be new or refurbished. There should be no way for you or anyone at Apple to be able to tell the difference. It does not come in retail packaging and no accessories (headphones, charger, etc.) are included.

This is ********... If I dont get a new box then my new replaceed iphone6 imei no will.be different from my old box... Then how will I get any resale value.....

Calm down. There's no need for profanity. I've always been able to sell my old iPhones for top dollar without the box at all. Having a box with a different IMEI shouldn't significantly change the resale value.
