iPhone restore keeps sending me to "Welcome to your new iPhone"

Hi!

I was having trouble syncing the device, so I chose to restore it. I've tried various restores (from old backups to setting it up as a new device), and after the 5-6 minute "restore" process, it just drops me off at the same "Welcome to your new iPhone" page, as if it's on some sort of infinite loop.

I've tried restoring the device thrice now, restarted the phone AND the computer, but still get the same result.

Help!
