I have just bought a new PC and installed itunes today and tried to connect and sync my iphone and ipad mini.
I am using windows 8
The phone and tablet can be seen in the folder file on the computer, just not being discovered by itunes
I have unistalled and installed itunes
changed cables
iPad Mini, iOS 8.2
