does anyone know any apps or programs where you can edit voice memos? i.e.- reduce the amount of static

hey

so i decided to record some friends of mine as a joke. i was using the voice memos app on my iPhone 6.. i thought i put the phone down close enough to pick up everything, but it didn't quiet work out as well as i hoped. i ended up getting more static than voice.. does anyone know of a good app or program where i can edit this voice memo. reduce all that static and raise their voices to they can be audible?
