iPad Activation Issue (Forgot password to iCloud)

Hi guys,

I purchased 2 iPads for my office use and I forgot the iCloud passwords that were linked to their accounts. I did a reset of one of the iPads, and it asked me to verify / activate it as to ensure that it wasn't stolen and such. My issue is that I could neither remember the password to the iCloud email account nor the birthdate. I know this is super silly of not writing these information beforehand, but I'm really stuck now.

I remember that these two iPads were set up as part of a Family Sharing mode as part of my primary iCloud account (of which I have access to).

Is it still possible that I do something to recover the password to the iCloud account of the second iPad ? Or there is a way that I could contact Apple Support to verify it ? I purchased both iPads from the Apple Online Store last year.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

If you can't reset the password via http://iforgot.apple.com then try contacting Support in your country, if they can confirm your id and that it;s your account then they should be able to reset the password for you.

Contacting Apple about account security : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Otherwise you could try going to an Apple store if you have one nearby (make a Genius Bar appointment at it if there is one), or try contacting iTunes Support online ( http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/) - both are likely to want to see proof of ownership e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it (if you bought it online from Apple then they might be able to confirm ownership themselves) before they might help.
