After buying extra storage in icloud , im not able to send photo or video in whatsapp
following message pop up " this video has not been downloaded yet to your iphone"
any solution please

all video and photo are fully downloaded to my phone and if i go to gallery i can watch and view it
but if i want to send it by whatsapp , it failed due to the same message
Again, if that is an error message coming from the whatsapp app then you need to contact them.
I was having the same issue, I noticed that there was a white circle (kinda like a clock) in the right hand bottom corner of some old pictures, with wifi the circle was filling (like downloading) and when it finished, it dissapeared, I was able to send the same old picture afterwards!
