How do I turn off other phones and iPads from receiving my phone calls to my number? there is nothing in settings for this

Go to Settings>Facetime and turn OFF "iPhone Mobile Calls" option. An explanation is under the button.

If FaceTime itself is off, you will have to turn it on to access this setting. You can then turn FaceTime off again, if you don't use it.
