Audio Drift in ProRes422 in FCP6.0.6

I cannot figure it out.

I recorded a call on Skype using call recorder. I would like to edit this is FCP 6.0.6. I converted in MPEG Streamclip to Apple ProRes. When I import into FCP the audio drifts after about 5 minutes.

I have double checked Audio/Video settings, frame rates, audio rates.

I've posted the screenshots below from my export settings and my sequence settings.

I'm running FCP 6.0.6 on OSX 10.10.2 so my Apple Compressor no longer works therefore I'm converting in Mpeg Stream Clip.
