Since I upgrade to Yosemite. 10.10.3, I am unable to download iPhoto. Any solution?

Depends. If you had already upgraded to iPhoto 9.6 before you installed 10.10.3, then you can re-download from your Purchases page in the App Store. If you have not upgraded then you no longer can download 9.6.

Yes I have iPhoto 9.6 and OS 10.10.3. In the Apple Store, I get following info: iPhoto has been discontinued?
Did you look on your Purchases page? Try downloading from there, not from the App Store listing. You cannot re-download it if you already have 9.6 installed on the computer you are using to access the App Store. If 9.5.1 is installed then put it in the Trash for now.
