transfering custom library

HI

I have a lot of custom shapes, behaviour settings etc ..and other content saved in motion 5 on my personal mac, now I need to transfer it to my work mac but I can't find where it is saved.Can anyone tell me where to find it ?

there is no motion folder in the root > library > application support

there is a final cut pro folder but no content of mine is there

where does motion 5 save your custom content ?
