Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
After I upgraded my OS to Yosemite, I can not print to the wireless Canon MP620 printer. The print box says I must update my software but i tried all that. No idea what next to try. Seems like its more of an operating system issue.
By the way here are the specs of my iMac. if that helps. I'm looking for any help what so ever.
Have you gone to cannons site to look for a new driver? They may have adenthe choice not to support yosemite
Reset the printing system. If your printer model isn't listed when you try to re-add the printer, download and install the driver for Mavericks from the Canon website.
