installed new hard drive and internet recovery won't work

Installed new hard drive and the internet recovery won't work. It gets to the very end of the process and

I get a ! with apple. com/support -2100F.

Any ideas?

Either your model cannot do a full Network Recovery or you do not have a working Internet connection. Your MBP must be a model that came with Lion or later pre-installed when it was factory new to use Network Recovery. Otherwise, you need to have a version of Snow Leopard or earlier to install your new drive.
