Issue verifying cable service

I can't watch any show that requires service verification even after following all the steps and prompts to verify my cable service, I get confirmation that is verified or I get redirected back to the channel main screen but when I tried to watch a show it tells me that I don't have the service or subscription to watch the channel, when I know I do cause I watch them on my regular cable and I do get confirmation of subscription, I have AT&T uverse and o called them but they were helpless and can't figure out, anybody seen this issue? Please help me cause like I said I can't watch any channel and I do get confirmation of service but still can't watch, I even tried downloading the app on my iPhone and same thing happens
