Pictures, Shapes, Etc... on every page?

Is there any way to get pictures, shapes, etc... on every page of a sheet? I do know the header row trick, but I am actually hoping to use multiple tables on each sheet so this method will not work in my case. I had a nice header look on my pages document but found it too limited for some of the more advanced things I want to do and now I cannot get numbers to look the same. (In pages to get the line divider and the centered label to show, as the left label above the line would disappear if the columns of the header overlapped at all, I made them part of the section master and that worked, but I cannot find an equivalent to the section master in numbers.) Any solutions?
