My mac is showing me incorrect hard drive space. And for some reason my back up is 140.77 TB! That is incorrect! How can I fix this.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
TimeMachine backup is causing this problem.
Wait until Apple fixes this issue.
u can try to reindex spotlight, and it can temporarily solve your problem.
System Preference - Spotlight - Privacy - click + to add your hard drive to the list (if anything pops up, just click ok) - then click "-" to delete the hard drive from the list.
give it some min, and u can see the storage graph bar is changed
Same problem (with same value--140.77 TB) on my Mac Pro (2013). I just noticed this after latest Yosemite update. No other problems noted.
