C Drive Full

Hi,

My iTunes had auto sync switched on and now my C Drive is full (windows 7). I have selected the manual sync option now and changed the location of my iTunes Media folder to another folder. I have also deleted my only phone back up (which has opened up 2 GB of storage in C Drive).

However, my C Drive is still full and need to know the following:

1. How to remove the synced information so that i can clear up my C Drive

2. Not lose any information in my iphone 5 (64 GB) and select another location (other than C Drive) where i can have iTunes sync with my iphone

3. Create another back-up in another drive or a portable drive for all my phone information.
