Facebook images not loading on iMac

Hello, the issue is most likely some sort of setting is checked, or some sort of software is on your computer that is making the images not load. Try reinstalling OS X 10.10.3 by restarting your computer, then as soon as the white/gray screen appears, hold down command and r, then choosing Reinstall OS X. This takes a while but could solve the problem. Hope this solves your issue!

This may be cache or cookies issue. Try to reset Safari settings:

1.Open Safari

2. Click on Safari menu at the top(to the right from the Apple logo)

3. Select preferences/privacy tab

4. Click on Remove all website data

5. Close Safari.

Delete Safari cache files:

1. Click on finder

2. Look for GO menu at the top

3. click on GO and hold down the option key. This will show user library folder.

4. Click on Library and look for Caches folder

5. In caches folder open com.apple.Safari folder

6. Move to trash Cache.db file.

Try to go to Account Settings on Facebook. Account Settings > Security > Secure Browsing > Enable Secure browsing. Relaunch your web browser and check if the issue persists

Are you running anti-virus software or ad blocking software? What you describe sounds like what can happen with some ad blockers.
