I need to downgrade from iOS 8.1.3 to 7.1.2

Hello,

I have a pioneer AVH-2700BT with AppRadio which is not compatible yet with iOS 8.

I need to downgrade to 7.1.2 which is the last compatible iOS version.

It seems legit that I should be able to. How do I proceed ?
