Restored Apple TV stuck at obtaining date

I have several Apple TVs that stopped working after an update. I restored to factory settings, reconnected to TV, signed on to my network, but when they get to the point of obtaining the date & time they get stuck right there. My Apple TV's have been useless for over a month!
