WHat can i do??
You could start by asking in the forum for the iPhone, not the forum for operating systems that were obsolete a decade ago. I will ask the Hosts to relocate your question, though I would suggest that you include rather more detail as to what the problem is.

Apr 18, 2015 2:51 PM in response to Jamalizozuby kb1951,IF you are showing a sim failure, I would start with your carrier to see if you need a new SIM card. You also say that this is a second hand phone. Did you not set it up with your own Apple ID and password?

Apr 18, 2015 2:54 PM in response to Jamalizozuby Roger Wilmut1,If the previous owner of your phone has set up Activation Lock and not removed it then the phone will stop working anyway the next time you upgrade the system or reset it for any reason, and unless you can contact him to unlock it the phone will be permanently useless. As to the SIM failure that might be because the SIM itself has failed and would need to be replaced with another from the same provider.

Apr 18, 2015 4:29 PM in response to Jamalizozuby kb1951,IF it is linked to your Apple ID and password, then that will be used if you restore it. What do you mean that the SIM card is not the problem but you tried a different card that did not work either. You need a SIM card from the carrier linked to the phone.
