im so annoyed I can't re download videos from iCloud straight onto my phone, has anyone any easy solutions? Apple Please change this so we can!! Now I've lost my videos basically I've no apple computer to re download them!

Download past purchases - Apple Support
Movies, TV shows, or music videos
- Tap Settings > Videos and make sure Show All Videos is on.
- Tap the Videos app.
- Tap Movies, Music Videos, or TV Shows at the bottom of the page.
- Find the item that you want to download.
- Tap the Download
icon.
